Spis-oh menu is designed around 3 staple South Indian Foods and revolving main curry choices.

Chef's Corner

Our Chef is an award winning culinary professional with long experience in global food industry. He specializes in South Indian, Japanese and Indo European fusion cuisine. Born and brought up in Chennai, India, he has honed his culinary skills in five star properties like The Hyatt, The Oberoi and has been heading an acclaimed Mexican restaurant chain in Portugal and a fine dining Italian joint in Oslo. He is here in Stavanger to thrill our taste buds.
